At the heart of our adventure is Lebanese cuisine, a precious heritage that our Syrian family carries with pride. It all started with my mother, who prepared each dish by hand, following the recipes passed down from generation to generation, with love and passion.
Little by little, it became a family story: my father, always ready to introduce our flavors at the markets, and me, to present our dishes with enthusiasm. What was a simple family activity has transformed into a real professional project. In 2019, driven by the desire to share our culture more widely, Zouher Mistrih decided to open this business, while keeping the authentic spirit of our beginnings.
Today, our house remains true to its roots. Everything is homemade, with the same care and authenticity as before.
Each dish we prepare is an invitation to share a warm moment around Lebanese culture. For us, it is much more than a cuisine: it is a family story that we are keen to pass on.

For us, quality and authenticity come first and foremost through the choice of our producers and our ingredients. Faithful to the values of Lebanese cuisine, we take care to carefully select the best products, while promoting a responsible and environmentally friendly approach.
Our vegetables, fresh herbs and spices, essential to our mezzés and traditional dishes, come from local producers. We favor short circuits to guarantee freshness and flavor, while supporting local agriculture.
We also make a point of ensuring the traceability of our meats and poultry.
